An incredibly beautiful GoldStar CatEye that can be applied over all colors.
Method: Paint the nail in color and cure it, apply a layer of SilverStar CatEye and work it with 1 or 2 magnets until you have achieved the desired effect. Then cure it in the lamp and apply a topcoat of your choice.
Experiment?
-Try applying a cool stamp on this cured SilverStar, and you'll have dazzling nail art in a quick snap.
-Mix a "pure" color gel polish with basecoat (mixing ratio 1 to 3) for a glass effect color of your choice.
-Apply glass gel over it
-Animal design: apply dots with the Silverstar in the design gel and let it spread a bit, hold 2 magnets on both sides for a WOW effect and cure it, finally apply a topcoat of your choice.
