100 - filing off old product and thinning tips.
180 - Finishing artificial nails and preparing natural nails.
After use, it is best to tap or brush the nail file clean and disinfect it, otherwise, any present bacteria will continue to develop. You can disinfect with Barbicide (mixed) or with alcohol. Using a spray bottle is convenient; let the files dry thoroughly before storing them.
Hygiene files are adhesive files that you attach to a metal/plastic handle and remove and discard after use.
