Explanation of Airbrush Gun Parts:

Explanation of cleaning the color cup to change colors:

When you want to change colors, spray the color cup completely empty onto a paper towel. Take water with a pipette, empty it into the color cup, and pump with the pipette. When the water becomes cloudy, empty the color cup. Repeat this until the water no longer discolors. If the water is no longer discolored, leave a small amount of water in the cup and spray it out to flush the nozzle. It is now ready for another color.

Explanation of cleaning the gun

First, empty and clean the color cup as described for changing colors. Unscrew #2.2, detach #5, and loosen #6. The needle is now loose in the gun. You can now remove it. Clean the needle with a cloth and water. Clean the tip of the gun where the needle emerges. Carefully reinsert the needle into the gun. Replace #6, then #5, and #2 on the front. To check if the gun is clean, spray a small amount of water through it. If it is clear, the gun is clean and ready for the next use.

Explanation of using the gun for airbrushing:

Only use PNS Airbrush ink for the airbrush device.

The gun is clean and ready for use. Connect the gun (#1) to the compressor hose. Turn on the compressor with the on/off button. The gun will now receive compressed air. You will feel this coming from the nozzle (#2). Nothing else happens; the needle keeps the nozzle closed so that no paint comes out.

To airbrush, have a paper towel or tissues ready. Drip the PNS airbrush ink into the color cup (#3). Let the ink sink into the gun for a moment. When you pull the push button back, the needle is pulled back, the nozzle is released, and the paint is carried by the compressed air. First, spray onto the paper towel to spray out any false air. Once you are spraying paint, it is ready to spray the design. When you are done spraying, gently return the push button forward.

It is normal for air to constantly flow through the gun when the compressor is on, for this type of gun.

Important:

Be economical with the ink; it saves cleaning and product waste.

After each client, spray the color cup empty and flush it. After a workday, clean the entire gun.
